Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Naabu AI ("Service"), operated by Naabu AI ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Naabu AI provides a workspace of specialized AI agents that help individuals and teams automate tasks including content creation, data analysis, email drafting, and other business workflows. The Service is provided "as is" and is subject to change at any time.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately at hello@naabu.ai if you suspect unauthorised access.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
  • One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, or designed to harass or harm others.
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation, including data-protection laws.
  • Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, disassemble, or extract the source code of the Service.
  • Transmit malware, spam, or any code intended to disrupt or damage systems.
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our prior written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice.

4. AI-Generated Content

  • AI outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. Always review content before relying on it.
  • You retain ownership of content you input into the Service ("Input"). You also own the outputs generated from your Input ("Output"), subject to applicable law.
  • You grant us a limited licence to process your Input for the sole purpose of providing the Service to you.
  • We do not use your Input to train our models without your explicit consent.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Some features require a paid subscription. Prices are displayed in the billing section of your account.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • All charges are non-refundable except where required by law or at our sole discretion.
  • We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
  • In the event of non-payment, we may suspend access to paid features until the outstanding balance is settled.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by Naabu AI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the Service to you.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AI-generated outputs are not professional legal, financial, medical, or other regulated advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Naabu AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim.

10. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, with reasonable notice where practicable.

11. Changes to These Terms

We will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first; failing that, through binding arbitration or the courts of the jurisdiction in which Naabu AI is registered.
